Perfume Mall -Returns & Refunds Policy

We provide the best quality products and services to our customers at perfume mall. We take initiatives to make our customers happy and satisfied from our services. We have made our return and refund policy very simple to facilitate our customers. If you want to refund or exchange the delivered products, we are pleased to return and exchange of products according to a certain policy. We offer refund or exchange of such products which are unused or unopened and in resalable condition within 28 days of purchase. Note:

  • Please mention the name, order number, product code, email address and reason for return.
  • Please also clear state in your email that your want an exchange or refund.
  • We are incapable of processing refund or exchange until, we get ordered products back.
  • There is not refund of shipping and postage charges.

Refund Procedure:

When the item is returned, the refund will be paid on the same credit card from which the payment was made. The refund value will be paid only for the price paid at the time of the order.

  • Please note that the refund process will start after the products are returned back to us.

Exchange procedure:

If you want an exchange for a product, different from the item you have placed order, we will refund the price of the returned items only. You have to place new order for the exchanged items and give your payment details again. Exchanges will be processed, once we have received back items. If there is a price difference for the items being exchanged, you will have to pay additional remaining amount of the new item being ordered again in lieu of exchange. If the price is less, we will refund remaining amount after deducting the price of the products being ordered again.

Note:

  • For the refunds and exchange, providing proof of purchase/postage receipts is mandatory.
  • We do not refund shipping and postage charges for the returned and exchange products.
  • If the item(s) being returned are damaged or not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to withdraw offer of exchange or refund.

If wrong product is delivered to you!

We use all efforts and expertise to deliver you the ordered products. But if by chance or by mistake wrong product is delivered to you, we are always there to sort out the problem on emergency basis.

If you get faulty or damaged product!

We, at our end, ensure that our customers get their ordered products in perfect and original condition. But accidents and weather condition are beyond our control. In case you get damaged or faculty item please makes sure that when you post item back to us, request Proof of postage.

Delivery charges refund

If you want to return or exchange an item, delivery charges are not refundable, except wrong or faulty products are delivered. Please make sure that when you post item back to us, request Proof of postage. We are not responsible if an item is lost without proof of postage.
