What do these abbreviations means?

The main difference is in the amount or concentration of oils in fragrance. These oils have following order of concentration:

  • EDP=Eau de Perfume
  • EDT=Eau de Toilette
  • EDF=Eau de Fragrance
  • EDC=Eau de Cologne

What do fragrance note refers to?

Fragrances are blend of different aromas of flowers and fruits. These aromas are known as fragrance note. They are of three types: top notes, middle notes, base notes. Top notes are light and last for few minutes to half an hour, middle notes has lasting power for few hours and base notes have long lasting power among notes. They can last for 10 to 12 hours.

Do all the fragrances I buy are genuine?

All the perfumes, fragrances and other products at perfume mall are bought direct from the manufacturer. Perfumes, fragrances and other products at perfume mall are totally 100% genuine.

Is your site is secure?

How to order a product?

At Perfume mall, we offer secure and hassle free online ordering service. After the selection of products from our website, add them to shopping cart and get registered. You will get a mail from support@perfumemall.co.uk on successful registration. Then, select delivery and payment options. Once you have filled in all the formalities, you will get a receipt on successful completion of your order.

Which payment method do you offer?

At Perfume Mall, payments can be made through credit cards only. The cards we accept for payment are Visa, Master Card, Solo, Maestro and American Express.

How fast I will get my order?

It will depend on the type of delivery you will select while placing order at Perfume Mall.We offer two delivery options.

  • Standard delivery
  • Express delivery

What should I do If I do not receive my order?

Generally all the orders are dispatched on the same day of being ordered. Orders delivered through standard delivery will reach within 7 to 10 working days. Express delivery orders take 3 to 5 working days. If you believe that an item is lost within delivery and today’s date more than 15 working days form the date of order. Please email at support@perfumemall.co.uk. Along with order no. stating that you would like a refund or redelivery of your order. We will process your request within 7 working days.

Can I change my order?

Once you have placed your order, you cannot change or alter it online unfortunately. Please replace the order or for help email us at support@perfumemall.co.uk

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order send an email us at support@perfumemall.co.uk Your email must include the word “Cancel” and your “order no.” Please also briefly mention the reason for cancellation of order. Once your order cancellation email is received, our team will cancel your order and send a conformation email to you. If you cancel the order, after the items are dispatched, then we cannot claim for refund of delivery charges.

Can I change the delivery option after placing my order?

You, unfortunately, cannot change delivery option once you have placed order. You can re-order if you wish to change delivery option for further details please contact our support team support@perfumemall.co.uk

How long it will to get my ordered deliver at given address?

The time of delivery will depend on the option which you choose for the order delivery. If you select standard it may take 7 to 10 working days. If you have placed order by express delivery, then the order will reach you within 3 to 5 workings days.

I want to return/exchange item because it is damaged?

If you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, please inform us. We will replace goods or refund, as per our policy. For further help check our refund and exchange section.
We cannot offer refund or return on an item until it is in original packaging.

What If I want to return or exchange an item?

At perfume mall, we want our customer to satisfied and happy from us. If you are not satisfied with your order or want to exchange it, we will be happy to serve you, to exchange or refund as per refund or exchange policy. For further details, read our refund and exchange section.

Do you deliver to other countries?

Sorry, we only deliver to addresses within UK. However, this does not include Northern Ireland.

Get Register and create your account. If you choose the option to receive email for new offers, seasonal or festival sale offers, and whole sales, You will receive email containing all new offer information.

How to return an item by post?

In order to return products by post, you have to ship them along with the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Name
  • Your Email Address
  • The Reason for the return
  • Whether you want to refund or an exchange the bought products
