Perfume Mall -Terms & Conditions

  1. Seller:
    • The seller is Perfume Mall Ltd. , having registration no……and registered office at The City Business Centre, 2 London Wall Buildings, London, EC2M 5UU.
  2. Order Process:
    • The product shown on website is an invitation and not an offer to sell products and goods.
    • An offer is made when you place order using website and we will not have made a contract with you unless and until we accept your offer.
    • We charge your card when we process your order and have checked you card details. Products are subjected to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
    • If you enter a correct e-mail address, we will send you an order acknowledgement.
    • The contract between the seller and purchaser will take place at the point (place comma) the goods you have ordered are despatched to be delivered to the address you have given us. It does not take place until that stage, even though we may have debited your card or we have sent acknowledging e-mails.
    • An offer is made when you place order using website and we will not have made a contract with you unless and until we accept your offer.
  3. Payment:
    • All prices are displayed on our website, you will be charged the price for buying from our website at the date you place your order.
    • We do our best to make sure that correct prices are displayed. If we display wrong price, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
  4. Delivery and Ownership:
    • We deliver to UK address only. No delivery is made to international address. For full delivery information, please refer to the “Select deliver y of your order” from order page. We deliver all products in one order on one delivery address. Deliveries will be made to your door.
    • Ownership transfer with delivery of Goods at door and you will be responsible for products except product incorrectly delivered. We will not be responsible for loss, damage or destruction after delivery.
  5. Order Cancellation, Refund and Exchange
    • You can cancel order at any stage before products are despatched or by returning them within 28 days afterwards (only unused and in the same condition along with original packaging) (for fragrance bottles, cellophane must not be removed). If product is returned in condition other than given above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
    • Refund is made to same person who placed the order and onto the same card from which person paid as soon as possible. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed.
    • In case of Exchange, we refund the amount of goods returned and then a new ordered is placed.
    • Delivery charges paid, Gift Bags and Wraps are non-refundable and the cost involved in returning the goods is non-refundable.
    • In case we deliver incorrect, faulty or damaged items, we will cover the cost of returning to us via RoyalMail. The amount will be given to you (the) in form of cheque covering the cost of return.
  6. Misc:
    • Every care is taken to keep the product description and image as user friendly and correct. The colour of the description, product colour and packing may not match as given on website.
